About the Role
Warehouse Operative – Loughborough
£13.00-£14.50 per hour | Full-time, Permanent | [Shift pattern, e.g. Mon–Fri, 40 hrs]
The Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll keep stock moving in and out of our warehouse quickly and accurately. Your work will cover goods in, goods out, loading and system bookings. No two days are the same, and you’ll work across both of our Loughborough sites as needed.
What You’ll Do
- Load and unload vehicles and containers, including manual handling of heavy goods
- Pick, pack and process inbound and outbound orders accurately and on time
- Book stock in and out on our warehouse management system (Mintsoft)
- Complete delivery notes, checks and other paperwork accurately
- Keep your work area safe, tidy and organised
- Support our second Loughborough site when required

Requirements
What You’ll Need
Previous goods in / goods out warehouse experience
Good physical fitness, as the role involves regular heavy lifting
Flexibility on hours, including early starts and late finishes when required
Accuracy and attention to detail, especially with stock and paperwork
Confidence using a handheld scanner or warehouse system
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Nice to Have
Counterbalance and/or reach truck licence (training may be available)
Experience with Mintsoft or a similar WMS
Full UK driving licence
